Prototype-01 is a unisex sneaker that embodies Unformed's brand concept.

The inspiration for the design comes from the familiar school slippers. The universality and practicality of these uniforms has been reinterpreted from a modern perspective. This is also an attempt to connect the two "points" of different cultures, Japan and Britain, from a design perspective.
The manufacturing process uses the time-honored vulcanization method, which involves hand-shaping the outsole into its final shape while the majority of the outsole is still in an "unformed" state. This blends the warmth of the handmade with early industrial techniques, expressing a unique worldview where nostalgia and modern sensibilities coexist.

These seemingly simple sneakers, with the infinite possibilities of a blank canvas, are designed to blend seamlessly into any wardrobe. Crafted from environmentally friendly recycled cotton and flexible recycled rubber, they offer both comfort and practicality.
