The thermont type is one of the most representative shapes of sunglasses.
Sunglasses have long reigned as a timeless and classic item, both in Europe and the United States and here in Japan.
This thermont type has been redesigned with a different front angle and precise measurements to provide an exquisite fit that does not touch the cheeks, even for Asians with low noses.
The silhouette is Asian fit but also unisex and fits Westerners well.
The main feature is the part called the rim that covers the lens. It uses milgrain, an ancient European decorative technique in which small round beads are stamped continuously on the edges and lines of the base metal of wedding rings and other items, and classical and delicate engraved parts that were often used in antique jewelry. You can enjoy the different views from three different angles. The word mil comes from the Latin word milgrain, which means a thousand beads. The number one thousand includes meanings such as eternity and longevity. It is a persuasive part precisely because it is a universal item.
The frame and temples are connected with five hinges for a sturdy construction.
Screws are inserted by hand for each part according to its specifications and purpose. The meticulous manual work that is unique to Sabae craftsmen is also a key point.
The two-curve lens that is the symbol of the NOCHINO OPTICAL brand is neither flat nor the typical curved type, with a beautiful curved surface reminiscent of old hand-cut glass lenses, and its shiny surface gives off a sense of luxury.
In addition, there are three versions of photochromic lenses that change color under UV rays, which is one of the brand's iconic features.
The biggest appeal is the unique lens version that changes color from clear to light gray-green with a light dye to gray.
The brand icon is engraved on the left temple in cloisonne.

Including Original Glass Case,
Original Cleaning cross, Original box & Concept card.

NOCHINO OPTICAL
The Japanese believe that the moon just before a full moon is better, not the full moon.
The beauty of insufficiency, the beauty of incompleteness, the beauty of blank space.
It is believed that it is the deficiency of the first and subsequent months that gives rise to things that cannot be expressed in terms of perfection or satisfaction.
By making lack beautiful, we can make people feel the beauty of contentment.
Like the 13th or later moon, the glasses are incomplete when they leave the craftsman's hands.
As the 13th month of our offerings.
During the Heian period, when Ujimonogatari was born, it was the aristocracy's interest to be sensitive to the seasons, wear colors that suited the season, and incorporate them into their lives.
The wearer enjoys the taste of wearing a color that suits the season, and each piece is completed when it is combined with its unique owner.
