These are the Black/White Unformed Prototype-01.
The Prototype-01 is a unisex sneaker that embodies Unformed's brand concept.

The design was inspired by school indoor shoes, familiar to everyone. We reinterpreted the universality and practicality of that uniform from a modern perspective. This is also an attempt to connect two distinct cultural "points" – Japan and the UK – through a design lens.
We adopted the traditional vulcanized manufacturing method. In this process, much of the outsole is in an "unformed" state and is shaped into its final form by hand. This merges the warmth of handcrafted items with early industrial technology, expressing a unique worldview where nostalgia and modern sensibilities coexist.

At first glance, these simple sneakers hold the infinite possibilities of a white canvas and are designed to naturally blend into any wardrobe. Made with environmentally friendly recycled cotton and flexible recycled rubber, they balance comfort and practicality.
