This is ENCOMING's PAINTERS TROUSER / DARK NAVY.
These are new slacks proposed as part of ENCOMING. The inseam is short with ample room around the hips. They have a single pleat, giving them a relaxed impression despite their straight silhouette. The topstitching uses a thick thread for a work-like interpretation. The main body is made of a wool blend with polyester. The product undergoes a felting process, which brings out the texture and unevenness of the fabric.

Incoming is a fashion brand created by designer Taiki Kato.
After studying fashion design at Kingston University in London, Kato worked as a senior designer at London-based men's fashion brand Nicholas Daly for two years. He then returned to Japan and launched his own brand, Incoming, for the spring/summer 2021 season. He proposes clothing that incorporates the sensibility he developed in the UK and the philosophy he cultivated at up-and-coming brands.
