This is ROA's Cap 6 Panel / Charcoal.
A technical six-panel cap in anthracite. Made from a durable polyester and cotton blend developed by Kloppman for workwear in 1967, the cap is styled with a six-panel construction, features breathable mesh on the front, back and sidewalls, reflective details and an adjustable Velcro strap fastening. It features a reinforced curved peak and an embroidered logo on the visor.
